Aperture Travel is passionate about photography.
Two of our founders are experienced wildlife photographers who wanted to create bespoke safaris that cater for the unique needs of those who experience the world through a camera lens. And we work with some of the world’s best photographic guides to run workshops safaris that provide guests with training on the latest editing techniques.
We also recognise the responsibility photographers have in supporting local conservation.
Whether you are a budding enthusiast or a seasoned professional, we are committed to helping photographers capture memories – and craft art they are proud of – on an unforgettable safari experience.

We will match you with the best guides and trackers with photographic experience who will seek out your subject (if you have one) and patiently help you set up your shot. You can also learn alongside seasoned wildlife photographers who can advise you on using the lens to tell your story, if you wish.

Gear hire
Travelling with heavy lenses can be cumbersome, especially when boarding local flights that have weight restrictions. We give you the option to rent the latest high-tech lenses and equipment.

A larger safari group may not want to indulge your interests or grant you time to set up the perfect shot. Rather, rent a private photographic safari vehicle so you can spend your time focussed on the animals and scenery you want to view.
