About Mike

Private safari guide and conservationist

Specialist in Congo safaris

Mike is a seasoned naturalist and professional field guide with over 14 years of experience in the safari industry.

He has worked extensively across Africa, where his passion for nature conservation and ethical guiding has driven him to deliver immersive, transformative experiences for his guests.

Mike’s journey took him to the Republic of Congo, where he gained invaluable experience working for Kamba Afrika in Odzala-Kokoua National Park. Mike’s deep-rooted love for the natural world extends beyond guiding, as he strives to reconnect people with nature through mindful safari interactions. His focus is always on creating awe-inspiring experiences that leave guests not only with incredible memories but with a renewed sense of connection to the environment.

Whether working in the forests of Congo or the savannas of Southern Africa, Mike’s dedication to conservation and rewilding remains at the heart of everything he does.
